Great Apartment in Convenient Location
 
We have just returned from a fabulous 12-night holiday in Portugal. We stayed at this 2-bedroom apartment situated in a residential area of Armacao de Pera. It is situated in a convenient location central to most amenities.

The apartment itself had a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and a large fridge freezer along with a fully equipped kitchen. There was plenty of wardrobe space in the bedrooms and even had equipment for the beach such a towels, umbrella, windbreaker, bucket and spades, etc. The apartment has two balconies that catches the afternoon sun. The lounge has a television with local channels but the owner has a extensive library of DVD's for all genre's. There is also a CD player/radio and the apartment has wi-fi.

For our arrival, the owner had given us a welcome pack of all the basic essentials of tea, coffee, sugar, bread rolls, butter, cold meat, bottled water and some bottles of wine. Our children had chocolate bunnies waiting for them also due to it being the Easter holidays.

It is a 5-10 minute walk to the lovely promenade with its beautiful sandy beaches and coves. There are restaurants and shops on the promenade but you should also venture down to the old town. Near to the apartment is a supermarket and a few small coffee shops. There are bus links taking you to other towns if you wish to venture further afield. However, it is worth checking out the taxi prices at the bus station as this can work out cheaper as the buses tend to be expensive.

This is a great apartment for those looking for a home from home experience or for those that want a base to explore the sights and attractions of the region. Highly recommended and can’t wait till we return.

Very nice apartment

Had a great holiday in this very nice, clean apartment. Well located for beaches, town etc. Close to a good supermarket. Tony the owner provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the fridge was even stocked on arrival with wine, beer, soft drinks, water , cheese, ham, bread, tea, coffee and much more. Armacao de pera is a lovely town with wonderful beaches and we were made to feel very welcome in the town restaurants. Highly recommended.

Lovely Apartment In Armacao
 

The Apartment was just as described, close to the beach and close to all amenities. The Apartment was very clean and had lots of extras that you wouldn't normally get, for example enough to have a snack if too tired to venture out and hot or cold drinks, also towels and various items to use on the beach. Also another big extra, Tony picked us up from the airport and gave us plenty of information on the way to the apartment, Tony also took us back to the airport. Yes, I would recommend this property to anyone, it's a beautiful apartment with everything you need. It was nice to know that if you did have any problems or needed help you could call Tony. Great place to stay!

Our family of four just returned from 10 nights in this apartment. The apartment was just as described in the listing. It was very clean and tidy with lots of facilities and helpful things that you wouldn't normally expect in a holiday apartment to make the stay very easy and enjoyable e.g. fully equipped kitchen and things to use on the beach. As we were driving from the airport the owner kindly met us and guided us to the apartment block and showed us round to make sure we settled in quickly. The location within walking distance of beautiful sandy beaches and a wide variety of local restaurants and supermarkets ensured a relaxed and easy holiday. Would recommend to friends and family.

Great stay!

We just returned from a great 7 day stay at this property. Everything was exactly as described, very clean and well maintained. Tony was great to deal with - very responsive, professional and helpful. He was also a very gracious host who stocked the apartment and fridge with everything we could possibly need to get our holiday started. We would definitely recommend this property for other families/couples/travellers who are looking for a great base to explore the Algarve. Thanks Tony!

Loverly Time

Never been to portugal before , what a loverly supprise one of the best places we have been in our much travelled lives . We were picked up at the Airport taken to this loverly Apartment , we were given the guided tour of the Apartment and the surrounding area. The Apartment is a loverly clean modern place to stay , spotlessly maintained to a high standard . The Owner was a great help showing us around locally for shops,beach etc and a contact if anything was not how we expected it to be , [no problem there].The owner gave us the location of all the best places to eat out we tried them all and were not dissapointed .We have recommended this apartment to friends and family we are also returning to this apartment in September . Lovely bright appartment.

This was a very nice clean well furnished appt. with a lovely welcome pack in the kitchen,  milk, bread, eggs, butter,cheese, ham,coffee tea bags and percolated coffee as well.
It has two lovely sunny balcony's with table and 2 chairs.
It only took five minutes walk to the beach, and there were loads bars to choose from. Enjoyed our stay very much indeed.
