Our apartment is in the seaside town of Armação de Pêra. Set in the sunny Central Algarve Portugal it is a golfer’s paradise and a family favourite.

 

It has a fully equipped kitchen complete with hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine dishwasher and washing machine. The living area has a large sofa bed.

 

There is a TV and DVD player with a selection of DVD’s,

and a HiFI Radio/CD Player with USB and Bluetooth.

Notes on prices

Prices shown will apply throughout the 2018/2019 seasons. Prices shown are for full occupancy - a small discount may be offered for occupancy of 1 or 2 people. A discretionary discount is sometimes offered to seniors - please inquire.

Changeover day

Changeover is flexible to meet the travel needs of the holiday maker. The apartment is available from 4.00pm and must be vacated by 10.00am on the last day. It may be possible to vary these times by prior arrangement.

 

Booking notes

A non-returnable deposit of £50 is required to secure a booking.

Full payment is required preferably by PayPal or Bank Transfer 6 weeks before the holiday.

 

Damage Deposit

A refundable damage/ breakage deposit of £200 is also required then.

The deposit is repaid if no damage or loss of items has occurred. Where this occurs (never to date) the cost of repair or replacement is taken from the deposit, the remainder is returned within 2 weeks of departure.

A charge of £20 (€25) per key is made for non-return of a key; taken from the damage deposit.

We can arrange airport transfers, also high chairs, cots and a welcome pack.
